These terms cover your use of basementsupply.in and anything you buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell

Physical 3D printed objects, printed to order in PLA. We sell the object only. No digital file, model or print profile is included with any purchase, and none is available for sale.

Every piece is decorative. Nothing we sell is a toy, and nothing we sell is suitable for children under three.

Drops and the catalogue

New pieces are released in numbered drops. Each drop adds to the catalogue — pieces from earlier drops stay available and are printed to order like everything else.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include delivery within India.
• We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no tax invoice is issued. You receive a payment receipt from Razorpay.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a receipt.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece cannot be produced, if a price was listed in error, or if the delivery address is one we cannot ship to.

Care and use of your piece

PLA is a plant-based plastic. It begins to soften somewhere around 50–60°C.

Do not leave a piece on a car dashboard, on a sunny windowsill in summer, near a heater, or anywhere it will bake. In Jaipur in May this matters. Heat deformation is not a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our refund policy.

Pieces are not waterproof, not dishwasher safe, and not built to bear weight. Clean with a dry or barely damp cloth. Some pieces have thin parts — arms, props, fingers — that will snap if dropped or handled roughly.

Intellectual property

The name The Basement Supply Co., the wordmark, this site’s design, its photography and its written content belong to us. Do not reuse them without permission.

Physical pieces are printed under licence from their designers. Buying a piece gives you the piece. It does not give you the right to reproduce it, scan it, cast it, or manufacture copies for sale.

Limits

We are responsible for the piece we sell you: if it arrives broken, wrong, or not as described, we put it right under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Beyond replacing the piece or refunding what you paid, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

Before anything reaches a court, email us. Almost everything is fixable by a person reading your message and replying.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
