What to email about
- An order — cancellations within the 24-hour window, damage, anything that arrived wrong. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Where your parcel is — tracking is emailed automatically at dispatch, but if it has stalled, tell us and we will chase the courier.
- A question before you buy — dimensions, colours, how a piece sits on a particular shelf. Ask. We would rather answer than have something arrive wrong.
- Your data — access, correction or deletion, under our Privacy Policy.
