Every piece is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.

When your order ships

Your order is printed and dispatched within 5 working days of the 24-hour cancellation window closing.

If something holds it up — a failed print, a busy week — we email you before that time is up, with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

• We ship across India only.
• Delivery is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Parcels are sent through Shiprocket and its partner couriers.
• Typical delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote pin codes can take longer.
• Tracking is emailed to you automatically when the parcel is booked.

Payment

We are prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery. This keeps prices where they are — COD adds handling fees and a return rate that a made-to-order shop cannot absorb.

Packing

Pieces ship in a rigid box with kraft paper wadding and a specimen tag. Every parcel is weighed and photographed before it is handed to the courier.

If a parcel goes missing

If tracking stops moving for more than seven working days, email us and we will raise it with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you get a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Loss in transit is our problem, not yours.
