Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 22 September 2026

Short version: you can cancel within 24 hours for any reason. After that, we will put right anything that arrives broken, wrong, or not as described — but we cannot take back a piece simply because you changed your mind.

Here is why, and exactly what that means.

Cancelling

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, for any reason at all, and receive a full refund.

Nothing is dispatched during that first 24 hours. Once the window closes, the piece goes into the print queue and the order can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel, email us with your order ID before the 24 hours are up.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund it is processed within 2 working days, and your bank usually takes a further 5–7 working days to show it.

We never refund to a different account, a wallet, or store credit unless you ask for store credit specifically.

If something is wrong with your order

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs showing the problem. Photographs of the outer box help too, if the damage looks like it happened in transit.

We will put it right in one of three ways, in this order:

  1. A replacement piece, printed and dispatched as soon as possible.
  2. A different piece of the same value, if you would rather not wait.
  3. A full refund, if we cannot replace it within 14 days of agreeing the claim.

This covers a piece that arrives broken or damaged, a piece that arrives with a printing fault, the wrong piece arriving, and a piece that is materially different from what the product page described.

You will never be asked to post a damaged piece back to us. Keep it, or bin it — the photographs are enough.

What we cannot take back

Because every piece is printed to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on undamaged pieces that arrived as described. That includes changing your mind, ordering the wrong design, and deciding the piece does not suit the shelf you bought it for.

We would rather say this plainly than bury it. Read the dimensions on the product page before you order — every piece lists its exact size.

Two things that are not faults

Layer lines. These are 3D printed objects. Fine horizontal lines are visible on curved surfaces under direct light. That is what the process looks like, and the product photographs show it honestly.

Slight colour variation. Filament colour shifts a little between batches. Two pieces bought in different drops may not match exactly.

Orders that never arrive

Covered in full by our Shipping Policy — a parcel lost in transit is replaced or refunded at your choice.
