Privacy Policy

The Basement Supply Co. is a one-person operation in Jaipur. We collect the minimum needed to print your piece and get it to your door, and we do not sell any of it to anyone.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. These are collected on the Razorpay payment page, not on this site.

When you join the list: your email address, and nothing else.

When you visit: this site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party pixels or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs.

What we never see

We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. That information goes to them and never touches this site or any device of ours.

Who else gets your information

Only the services needed to complete your order:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Governed by their own privacy policy.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
• Our email provider — your email address, if you joined the drop list.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and routes our email.

That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we never will.

How long we keep it

Order records — name, address, phone, order ID — are kept for three years, so we can handle any dispute, claim or tax question that comes up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Order records are held in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the owner of this business.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the drop list using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and we will send it.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.

Email basementsupplycontact@gmail.com for any of these. Expect a reply within five working days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced to the drop list.
